Spent five years as the Chief Architect of the U.S. Air Force GeoBase and the Defense Installation Spatial Data Infrastructure (DISDI) programs. Worked full time onsite at the HQ USAF and then Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD), Mr. Feinberg helped shape, implement, and manage enterprise-class geospatial programs in support of USAF and DoD facilities and installation management mission.
GIS Analyst and Consultant, Montgomery Watson Americas - (now part of Stantec) 1995 - 1999. Provided both GIS technology consulting and software development services. Mr. Feinberg provided GIS design, development, and systems integration services to a broad range of utility and water resource customers. Was a core team member of MWH-Soft, an innovation unit within Montgomery Watson that designed H2ONET, an innovative water distribution system modeling, analysis, and design software system. H2ONET and its family of related applications was purchased by Autodesk in February 2021 for $1B.
