The Kathy Mayo + Associates Team is an Alaska Native and woman-owned small business comprised of a talented and diverse group of professionals with deep experience in national and state political arenas, associations, and civic groups including DoD partners and contractors, Alaska Native corporations, tribal organizations, and businesses. The Kathy Mayo + Associates Team assists clients in navigating the complex relationships inherent in infrastructure, community, and other development projects. Kathy Mayo + Associates provides stakeholder strategy and engagement, interagency coordination, strategic planning, funding strategy development, program management, and business development support services.
Daniel Feinberg has collaborated with Kathy Mayo + Associates on service delivery to energy industry associations (strategic planning and digital transformation), economic development authorities (stakeholder outreach including technology solution design), and Alaska Native tribal leadership (interagency coordination and strategic planning). Mr. Feinberg has worked with Kathy Mayo since 2016.
Motivf Corporation
Motivf is a certified B-Corp providing consulting services to enable big change at a human scale. Motivf is design-driven, human-centered, with a long-term client orientation. Motivf offers a broad range of services including customer experience (CX) design, DesignOps, communications strategies, change management, governance, digital transformation, digital twins, geospatial and GIS services, and instructional training and design. Motivf applies these services to help clients with their analytics and capture, communication and design, enablement processes, culture, and practice folios.
Mr. Feinberg has collaborated with Motivf since 2022 on enterprise information technology consulting with U.S. Federal government clients, and on digital twin research and development.
URISA Vanguard Cabinet
The Vanguard Cabinet (VC), a URISA initiative, is an advisory board made up of passionate, geospatial professionals who strive to engage young practitioners, increase their numbers in the organization, and better understand the concerns facing these future leaders of the geospatial community. The VC's mission is to collaborate with URISA’s Board of Directors and URISA committees in creating and promoting programs and policies of benefit to young professionals and to enhance overall innovation, collaboration, networking, and professional development opportunities.
While the URISA Vanguard Cabinet is not a formal partner, Mr. Feinberg is a mentor and active participant in the Vanguard Cabinet Mentoring Program and through the program has established a network of technology professionals on which to draw to solve client needs.
